The Royals

So their screening the Royal Wedding here at work and i managed to go down to sneak a peak if at anything, the dress. So as for this girl to walk out in a replica of princess Di's dress sans the layers of poof. Princess Di got married in 1981 (i think) and it is now 2011 and this girl has done nothing for the cause of fashion. With all that money... she couldn't be a lil avant garde. If she was dead set on lace she could've taken a page out of Monique Lhuillier's book... case and point. Oh well you be the judge.

Dubai

I recently saw an advertisement in the Sunday Times newspaper by the Emirates Group. They are looking for flight attendants to be based in Dubai and their offering a tax free salary and free accommodation. It just got me thinking. Imagine the travelling one could do hey, just imagine... Dubai... a rising metropolitan city and Me. So, i mentioned the advert to B (the boyfriend) and his response was an emphatic NO. I know i don't need his approval or anything but it would have been nice to know that he was for the idea. Oh well, despite my LLB and other consideration i went ahead and applied... fingers crossed.
